About Carrollwood Computers

I started my journey into the I.T. industry by first attending Southwest Florida College where I studied Microsoft Network Engineering with a minor in Network Security. As I finished in 2007, I dove right into field support working at the offices of the Strawberry Festival in Plant City, Florida. From 2008-2013 I helped deploy wireless infrastructure to the entire grounds of their property. We provided excellent wireless coverage throughout the park even after the rides and patrons arrived.Over the next six years (2014-2020) I worked for various managed services providers in the Tampa Bay area. Part of my job was to visit our clients’ offices located from St. Pete to as far east as Winter Haven. The majority of our clients were medical offices, so I was very busy at those locations. Having face-to-face time with our customers was something I really enjoyed and making new friends in the process.In October 2020, I moved out of the managed services industry and into the Microsoft CRM field. I work on a team that supports various juvenile and adult jails across the country. The software we support is called Offender360. I'll continue striving to be the best at what I do and hope that it shows through my work. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me!
