Since this business is still in its infancy we currently don't have a retail storefront. I currently do repairs in my office at my residence, where I also work remotely full time for a software development company.

In the last decade or so the "right to repair" has been a topic of conversation amongst computer manufacturers. Most of my customers would rather buy a new device rather than repair their current one. Some third party repair companies wont fix computers after a certain age. But, we do. The process is simple; max out your system memory, and switch from a "platter style" hard drive to a digital one. These are referred to as a "Solid state" or "NVMe" style drives. These two upgrades will drastically change your computers performance while costing a fraction of the price of a new one.
